This book sounded intriguing. It was a book to savor, full of descriptive passages that made me feel like I living in Alaska. Jack and Mabel are an older childless couple. One snowy night they built a snow child. They carved her face and dressed her.
That child, Faina, comes into their lives…and goes out of their lives with the seasons.
I gave this four stars. If you are looking for a just plain good read, this book is the one.
