Yummy Pizza

In the town I grew up in, we had a pizza place called Z-Place. It was where everyone hung out. Keep in mind, these were the days before a pizza parlor on every corner. But this pizza still evokes good memories.

I’m still fighting this nasty flu. I’m hoping tomorrow I will be better. Today, though, I went from my bed to my recliner and haven’t moved all day. Warren wasn’t home so there wasn’t anyone to pamper me. Lol. He wouldn’t pamper me anyway. But all afternoon I’ve craved Z-Place pizza.

After he came home, the first thing he did was tell me how bad I looked. He really knows how to make a girl feel special.

But he redeemed himself. He drove into town to buy me a pizza from a place he hates. I think you have to have grown up here to live this pizza.

Now, I’m convinced I will feel better. I’m thankful he went to pick me up my pizza.
