Thanksgiving Project – Lazy Fridays

I love Fridays at work. It is typically a quiet day. A day to catch up on lots. But I also tend to have meetings out of town. I don’t have any staff that work on Fridays so I keep the doors locked and lights off.

Today, I’m in the office (alone) and feeling lazy. I have a bit of a headache. Plenty to do but I just can’t get motivated. I want to go home and curl up with a book and a glass of wine.

I don’t have a spot like this, but sure wish I did. It just seems comforting, warm, and restful. I do have a comfy chair in a corner calling my name right now though.

It’s gloomy, and cooler, here today – a perfect day to alternate between a nap and reading.

Now, if I could just get the clock to move faster so I could go home.
